The fitness workout programs include the assistance of a skilled instructor.
The aerobics classes you can choose from are: step aerobics (mornings and evenings), tae-bo, pilates (mornings and evenings), fit ball stretch, ZUMBA® fitness, belly dance, REBOUND AAS, body shape, cardio step&bosu, children karate and dances.
BOSU STRETCH&TONE - The exercises performed with the support from this device help improving the flexibility, strength, elasticity, balance and muscle toning, among its other benefits. Bosu is accesible for those who aren’t „sport addicts”, it addresses to everyone, regardless their age. The instructors prepare original exercises that are performed to the beat of music.

STEP AEROBICS - Similar to the aerobics dancing style, except the fact that the weight loss is due to the work with the stepper, which allows developing the muscle groups and reduces fat at a 30% rate faster than during a traditional aerobics class.
FIT BALL STRETCH - It’s desired to be a combination between power pilates and fit ball. A healthy way to end your day. A complete workout that includes a cardio segment (consisting of tae-bo and fast body burner techniques), as well as a static one (focused on stretching and upper body exercises). The ball takes from the pressure that is exerted on the spine, but may also bring an added difficulty in the exercises for balance improvement.
PILATES - It’s an exercise method based on quality, not on quantity, the movements are performed slowly, being controlled and coordinated with the breath. The result is a feeling of wellbeing and satisfaction, a more slender body, elongated and toned muscles.
ULTIMATE PILATES - Keeps the safety elements and the basic principles from the classic method, but comes with a new, romanian, deeply original approach of the classic exercises. A pleasant remodelling of the body will be noticed - toned abs, sexy shaped legs, improved aspect of the problematic areas - buttocks and thighs - and last but not least, reduced cellulite.
ZUMBA® FITNESS/DANCE - It’s the program that will make you forget about the effort of doing exercises and it will make you feel really good because it successfully combines on the rhythm of entertaining music, fitness principles with latin and international dance moves (cumbia, merengue, salsa, hip hop and reggaeton), providing good mood and creating a dynamic and exciting workout.
PILOXING - Sleek, sexy & powerful, represents a unique combination of boxing techniques, pilates and dance elements, for a fun and extremely efficient training. Thus, an accentuated calory burning is obtained thanks to the boxing exercises, elongated and firm muscles because of the pilates techniques, and grace and feminity through the sensual dancing movements.
REBOUND AAS - (Aerobic Accelerator System) is the revolutionary and innovative program for the professional elastic trampoline. Fun and functional in its two forms, Interval Jump and Combat Jump, it accelerates your results and it destroys the cellulite, protecting the joints, the impact with the ground being reduced by 80%.
BODY SHAPE - An aerobics class during which the participants execute an intense toning workout for all muscular groups, aiming to reshape the body and increase stamina.
